Muaitheabhal Community Trust Manager

Ralph Tonge

Ralph is the manager of Muaitheabhal Community Trust and is based part-time at our office at the Kinloch Community Hub, Balallan.

“I have lived in the Outer Hebrides for five years and during that time I've developed a love for the Muaitheabhal area, its communities, its history, and its culture. I'm proud to work for the Muaitheabhal Community Trust, and collaborating with Board members, community groups and individuals is a real privilege.”

Ralph has been board member of a wide number of organisations including UHI Highlands and Islands, Open Studios Hebrides, OH!Con, NeuroHebrides, and others. He has a wide range of experience in management, project management and administration, youth work, charity, and also works as a professional photographer.
