Taking Root for the Community

Delivery: June 2023

We have provided grants of around £50k to establish and support Aline Community Woodland into the stunning habitat and resource that it is now. Developments such as the Coachpark were predominantly funded by Muaitheabhal, and we've seen the site develop successfully in the years since it first took shape. It is now used by tourists and locals, and has been a signficant tourist destination for visitors to both Lewis and Harris.
