Pairc Trust becomes Landlord of Pairc Estate

November 2015 to Present

The funding provided by Muaitheabhal enabled Pairc Trust to gain vital legal advice and momentum which ultimately led to their community buyout of the Pairc Estate from the landlord. Since then, we have provided funding for a number of different projects – all focussed on enriching the community and growing the resource that the Pairc Trust provide within the Estate.

In the ten years since ownership transferred, Pairc Trust have gone from strength to strength, and have made a signficant impact within the estate. Muaitheabhal continues to support Pairc Trust with a number of projects including redevelopment of the Resource Centre in Kershader.
